Do you swear to tell the truth? Wonder how many times I've said that in the course of my career as a New York State Court Officer. More importantly, wonder how many times people actually told the truth. I remember one Judge telling the litigants,"I know both of you are lying now, I just have to figure out which one is lying the least."
